Randall is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with over a decade of experience spanning security operations, cloud risk, and compliance. He currently works as a Security Analyst at HubSpot, where he drives incident investigations, builds SOC workflows, and integrates risk findings into the broader security program.
Prior to HubSpot, Randall led continuous monitoring and compliance efforts across customer cloud environments at UKG, supporting SOC 2, GDPR, GLBA, and HIPAA requirements. He holds an ISC² CISSP and CompTIA Security+ certification and is fluent in English and Spanish.
